Cancer Council’s Relay For Life is more than just a fundraiser. It is an opportunity to get together with your community and celebrate cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost to cancer, and fight back against a disease that takes too much.
The community event is run overnight and teams of 10-15 participate in a relay-style walk, run, hop, skip jump or dance to raise funds for Cancer Council.
There is great entertainment, a mini healthy living expo, a visit from PRIME possum and other characters, yoga, good food and team hosted activities throughout the event with competitions, spot prizes and lots more.
